FC Barcelona is attentive to changes in the Brazilian market and the players who stand out in the South American country.
Leandro Damiao is a 'tank' striker, who has scored 40 goals in 54 games this past season and was already in the first list of options this past summer, in case the FC Barcelona chose to incorporate a nine pure. The 22 years is one of the highest rated players of South American market and several English clubs have already done with the player groped. Tottenham came close to signing last summer but postponed the operation.
The player's agent, Vinicius Prates said recently: "In January, the club and the player decided to go with an eye on the Copa Libertadores, but in July the situation can change."
