Recovery exercises for the finalists

The players that started against Valencia plus Busquets have done recovery exercises in Thursday’s midday training session. Also involved were Dos Santos, Tello, Sergi Roberto, Espinosa, Lobato and Masip of the B team.

The Copa del Rey finalists got back to work on Thursday at midday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. The first eleven against Valencia and Sergio Busquets worked behind closed doors, with the focus being on recuperation from the previous night’s exertions. The others, who included reserve team members Dos Santos, Tello, Sergi Roberto, Espinosa, Lobato and Masip trained as normal.

The session was watched by former cycling great Miguel Indurain, who is a member of the Laureus Academy, and former Italian international Gianfranco Zola.

Thoughts of the cup can be put aside for some time, and attention now returns to the league and the forthcoming trip to Osasuna on Saturday. The team will train again on Friday morning. (via FCBarcelona.cat)
